Vendor/Sponsor Application

These guidelines are designed to ensure our event success, further our mission of raising funds for fallen riders and the charities we support, alleviate our workload organizing events, and streamline confirming vendors/sponsors well in advance of our event dates.

1. Vendor/Sponsor Cell Required - We are not equipped to dedicate manpower nor lose weeks of time trying to establish two-way communication with our vendors/sponsors regarding important event updates and information. Email is our preferred method of communication. If we are unable to reach you by email we will try to call or text your cell. If we cannot reach you we cannot guarantee that we will have time to try again. Please look for and respond to our emails, they are always important.
   
   
2. Vendor/Sponsor Space Donations Required - Going forward, vendors/sponsors wishing to have tent space at SoCal Rider Coalition events will be asked to make a tax deductible donation to SoCal Rider Coalition as follows:
   1. *$100 Donation / Add $25 To Include Flyer Logo - 10' x 10' space + 1 Harley drawing ticket.
   2. *$200 Donation / Add $25 To Include Flyer Logo - 20' x 10' space + 2 Harley drawing tickets.
   3. *$500 'Sponsor' Donation (5 Available Per Event) - Up to 30' x 10' prime tent space (depending on venue) + 2 Harley drawing tickets + Logo added on flyers/posters as "Collaborator" + Free reign to place brand banners at event venue + logo in boosted social media reels, event ads, etc. (Average plays/views 300,000+)
      
      
3. Vendor/Sponsor Space Donation Cut-Off - Going forward, donations for vendor/sponsor tent space at SoCal Rider Coalition events must be received no later than 45 days before event date. Donation deadlines for 2024 SoCal Rider Coalition events are as follows:
   1. Due 03-17-24 — Roland Sands Designs 04-27-24 SCRC Event
   2. Due 04-07-24 — Biggs' HD 05-18-24 May Ride SCRC Event
   3. Due 04-28-24 — Quaid HD 06-08-24 SCRC Event
   4. Due 06-16-24 — Josie's Hideout 07-27-24 SCRC Event
   5. Due 08-11-24 — Bartels' HD 09-21-24 SCRC Event
   6. Due 09-15-24 — Josie's Hideout 10-26-24 SCRC Event
      
      

*Tax deductible vendor/sponsor donations help cover SCRC event expenses & operations, contribute to the SCRC Rider Down Fund, and help raise money for the charities we support. SoCal Rider Coalition accepts no responsibility for weather or any other related event cancellations beyond our control. Vendor/Sponsor donations are nonrefundable.
